Pregnancy after a loss can be a challenge given the mixed emotions of ongoing grief surrounding the prior loss and excitement and joy around a new pregnancy.

Consultations after a loss:
If you have recently experienced a loss and would like to discuss the circumstances around the loss or are considering another pregnancy and would like to discuss strategies to prevent a recurrence, please email us at perinatalloss@ucdenver.edu to set up a virtual appointment with a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist.
Pregnant after loss:
If you are already pregnant after a loss, then you may be considered a high-risk pregnancy. Further information about high risk pregnancy care can be found here
Online Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS) groups:
Pregnancy After Loss Support moderates 14 online support groups on Facebook. These groups encourage peer-to-peer support during the all stages of pregnancy after loss, including trying to conceive, pregnancy, and parenting after loss
Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS) App:
PALS also has a Pregnancy App that can be less triggering and helpful for new pregnancies
